We’re Laura Griffis and Lindsay Taylor — two independent birth doulas who built our own practices, New Life Birth Doula and Birth Year Beginnings, before deciding our clients deserved what we’d always wanted for each other: a doula they could count on, no matter what.

How you experience it matters. As your doulas, we combine education, experience, and intuition to support you through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum weeks.
